Faith Health Center (FHC) was created to fill the gap in mental health outreach in our communities. The questions on FHC founders include; Who urgently needs mental health and cannot access it? How can we improve non compliance and help the patients and their families embrace mental health interventions like therapy and improve medication compliance?.
The main objective of FHC is to take mental help where it is needed most, and break any barriers or disparities that block that from happening. At Faith Health Center, everyone is someone, and we want the patients to be seen, heard, and understood.

Our expertise is centered around ages 6 to 75. We believe in listening to the needs of our clients, and our goal is to provide an empathetic and collaborative treatment approach to everyone. Faith Heath Center will continue to consistently contribute to the health and performance of all clients as we advocate for the patients and their families.

Medication management is a level of outpatient treatment that involves the initial evaluation of the patient’s need for psychotropic medications, the provision of a prescription, and ongoing medical monitoring related to the patient’s use of the psychotropic medication by a qualified physician/prescriber.
